Figma had hopes of getting more Figma-themed objects and curiosities into the hands of people more often – extending their reach and recognition while still maintaining the quality of the brand. They wanted a custom ecommerce experience that could service purchases by fans as well as team and corporate gifting by their internal team. Figma also wanted to create demand around the merch itself with limited editions and seasonal drops.
Figma and Fuzzco kicked off this brand work with a totally blank canvas – an invitation to take this store to unbounded heights of inspired creativity. Our teams worked collaboratively to develop the store name and concept product ideas. We developed a full visual identity system that extended across art direction and production of a bi-coastal product and lifestyle photoshoot as well as a fully custom Shopify experience. We supported the selection of a production partner for the merch and worked closely with the vendor to produce the merch, supporting Figma’s creative and operational goals.
