West Canal Yards is a revitalization project in the heart of Seattle. With a rich history as an industrial cedar mill, the new West Canal Yards site is designed to be a gathering space for the community to experience the waterfront with an honestly often kept for houseboat owners and commercial fishermen.

The West Canal Yard team approached Fuzzco to help develop an authentic brand story that celebrates but doesn't gloss over the history of the area and paints a vision for the future. We carried this narrative through the visual and verbal identity, wayfinding and signage design, and website design and development work, creating a cohesive and fresh brand that brings new energy to the space.
