James Beard Award-winning chef Mike Lata had his heart set on opening his second restaurant – a seafood driven restaurant in Charleston. We partnered with him and his team to bring his vision to life.

The logo is a custom script that includes a flourish that references a harpoon. Additional imagery is intended to conquer the feeling of being on the ocean at night. The identity is grayscale which allows photography of the food to stand out. The menu is set in a placemat style that allows for frequent changes and a more casual customer experience.
