
As a part of our Lantern Dinner series with Workstead, Chef Robert Stehling will be cooking on Monday, October 7th. There are still tickets remaining.
The night starts with a cocktail & snacks. Snacks to include spiced peanuts, cocktail sausages and a little something else as yet unknown.
Entrée courses with wine pairings
1: BBQ Hash aspic & rice salad with corny hushpuppies
2: Griddled shrimp pate with green chili tartar sauce and pickled cauliflower, carrots & mushrooms
3: Grilled squab with kale salad
4: Seared salmon with cucumber dill salad
Dessert: Butterscotch pudding & chocolate shortbreads with rye whisky
