About the Project

NAMING

Like a murder of crows, an unkindness of ravens, or a wake of buzzards – but slightly more optimistic – a group of owls is known as a parliament of owls. It also refers to a group of government. Parliament represents the Charleston creatives.

IDENTITY

Parliament is the identity of the Charleston Creative Cluster. We named and headed the creative development of this group. The beauty of this logo is in the simple geometric shapes used to construct the form of the owl. Additionally, the patterning of the feathers and the coloring add another layer of depth.

WEBSITE

We created a website that enables Parliament to better communicate with the Charleston creative community. We extended Parliament’s brand, built a nifty drop-down Q&A format landing page, integrated a blog, made available the economic impact study, and created a sign up form. A good website for a great cause.

REPORT

We developed a set of information graphics to highlight the data that came out of a research study conducted on the impact the Charleston Creative Industry has on our region.
