Summary
Like a murder of crows, an unkindness of ravens, or a wake of buzzards – but slightly more optimistic – a group of owls is known as a parliament of owls. It also refers to a group of government. Much like creatives, owls are wise, nocturnal, flocking, migratory animals.
Parliament represents the Charleston creatives which include architects, chefs, performers, designers, urban planners, videographers, etc, etc.
